Hold Harmless limitation

Any obligation of indemnification or hold harmless obligations under this Agreement are limited to the extend the Customer use is in accordance to this agreement, product documentation, and in accordance to applicable Laws and regulations. Provide indemnifications to License will not apply to indemnified party’s breach of this agreement, modifications to indemnify party’s for features, combining providers product or services with materials not provide by provider, license mis-use of the product and services in accordance to this agreement, product documentation, and applicable laws and regulations.
